akint.services performs audits and inspections of FM services consisting of, among others, the assessment of:
– implementation of the preventive and maintenance inspection schedule
– compatibility of inspection protocols with DTR,
– compliance of inspection protocols with owner’s and/or manager’s orders
– compliance of inspection protocols with recommendations of an owner, e.g. pertaining to fire protection systems
– the quality of the condition of equipment and installations with regard to recommendations and protocols
– other contractual provisions ordered
