We provide services in the field of energy and utilities, audits, consulting and implementation of energy and green energy projects. We check the energy efficiency of devices, assess their technical condition and adapt their method of operation to the needs of building users.
We issue energy performance certificates in accordance with the regulations. Our employees have all the necessary authorizations entered in the central register of persons authorized to issue such documents.

Our company deals with industry-specific design, including: air conditioning projects, design of electrical, telecommunications, fire protection and water and sewage installations. Our team of designers also deals with urban design, creating designs not only of buildings, but also of entire estates or housing communities. Our design office also deals with professional architectural design.
As part of the construction engineering department, we perform annual inspections and other periodic inspections of buildings and expert opinions. We operate in accordance with regulations – each of our employees has appropriate qualifications and construction licenses.
During construction inspections, we analyze the technical condition of buildings and provide the necessary documentation. We also complete the necessary formalities required by individual offices.
